( 3 - 0) / ( 2 - 4) =  - 3/2

2*- 3/2 + b = 3

- 6/2 + b = 3

b = 3 + 3 = 6

g (x) = - 3/2 x  + 6

coefficient directeur négatif donc décroissante  

x + 1 = 0 quand  x = - 1

- 3/2 x + 6 = 0 quand  x = 4

x             -  ∞            - 1             4           + ∞

x + 1                  -        0      +            +

- 3/2 x + 6         -                -      0     +
