18 - 2x² = 10
18 - 10 - 2x² = 0
8 - 2x² = 0
2(4 - x²) = 0
4 - x² = 0
(2 - x)(2 + x) = 0 
2 - x = 0   ou   2 + x = 0
-x = -2   ou  x = -2
x = 2   ou   x = -2
