PRETERIT simple
► verbes réguliers = on ajoute -d ou -ed à la fin du verbe
receive -> received // need --> needed
► verbes irréguliers = il faut les apprendre par cœur ...!!
Yesterday, I received
She was afraid
She told me that she needed
He had a gun
She said he was tall
She called the police
and a patrol arrived
they took their testimony
and went back
